In this role you will lead and develop the local Project Management team to execute high‑voltage energy infrastructure projects in Spain, ensuring safety, quality and financial targets. You will coordinate with cross‑functional and multinational stakeholders to drive portfolio delivery and continuous improvement. The position offers impact through shaping project execution and strengthening collaboration across teams and customers. • Lead and develop the local Project Management team with a focus on execution capability and continuous improvement
• Manage end‑to‑end project execution including planning, scheduling, delivery, financials and HSE compliance
• Drive standardized project portfolio management across all projects using best practices
• Monitor performance, resolve escalations, and ensure proper closure including handover and commercial finalization
• Define execution strategies for cross‑functional teams and coordinate with procurement, suppliers,



and site activities
• Support budgeting and capacity planning to strengthen project delivery
• Interface with customers and internal stakeholders, lead contract negotiations, claims, and change management
• Promote talent development with structured training and career pathways

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Electrical, Industrial, Energy Engineering or related field (master's preferred)
• Proven project or operations management experience in energy transmission u0026 distribution
• Strong leadership experience in matrixed, multinational environments
• Fluency in English and Spanish; French is an advantage
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation and customer engagement skills
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, collaborative with interest in HV technologies and substation systems
