In this role you drive the development of next-generation solid-state protection and control products for AC and DC systems. You collaborate across disciplines to blend power electronics, embedded control, and system-level protection for scalable, reliable solutions. You’ll influence design, validation, and manufacturing readiness, contributing to Littelfuse’s mission of safe energy transfer and innovation. A key hook is shaping protection tech that powers industrial, transportation, and electronics markets at scale.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Design and develop electrical circuits and subsystems for solid-state protection and control products
• Perform schematic capture, simulation, component selection, stress analysis, and PCB design reviews
• Collaborate with firmware engineers to define and implement system requirements
• Support laboratory evaluation, troubleshooting, and validation testing of AC and DC protection systems
• Participate in product qualification, reliability testing, and compliance activities
• Work with manufacturing and supplier partners to meet performance, quality, and cost objectives




• Contribute to technical discussions, design reviews, and project planning
• Support travel to manufacturing sites, suppliers, or customer locations as needed

Responsabilidades
• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering
• 10+ years of electrical product development experience
• Strong background in analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit design
• Experience with microcontrollers, embedded systems, or programmable logic devices
• Understanding of power electronics, protection systems, and current sensing technologies
• Experience with schematic design, circuit simulation, and PCB layout
• Familiarity with EMC, safety, and product compliance requirements
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and drive technical decisions within project teams
