Experteer Overview
As Payments Risk Director, you will lead the Second Line of Defense for Getnet Platforms, shaping risk oversight across the payments ecosystem. You’ll advise executive stakeholders and embed risk in strategic planning and transformation programs. You’ll oversee independent risk assessments for transformations, migrations, and partnerships, maintaining an enterprise-wide risk view. You’ll coordinate cross-functional risk initiatives and contribute to governance forums to strengthen risk culture and regulatory alignment.

• Strengthen risk framework, governance, reporting and risk culture in line with growth and regulatory expectations

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years in Risk Management or related control functions in payments, banking or financial services
• Extensive experience across payments ecosystem including processing and technology platforms
• Experience engaging with Executive Committees, senior governance forums and C-level stakeholders
• Experience leading high-performing teams in an international environment
