Experteer Overview
In this role you support the Finance team to manage day-to-day accounting operations and drive cross-functional initiatives across Integral Studios. You will collaborate with business units, revenue, and audit partners to ensure accurate financial data and contract-based settlements. The position offers exposure to international operations and process improvements, with a focus on IP contracts, revenue sharing, and audit readiness. You will contribute to scalable, compliant financial processes within a fast-paced gaming company that values collaboration and impact.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Support Accounting Manager in partnerships with Business Development to track development agreements and IP contracts
• Reconcile revenues and cash receipts with Revenue team and investigate variances
• Coordinate with various teams, subsidiaries, and external auditors during internal and IP holder audits




• Assist in monthly/quarterly revenue share and reimbursement calculations for IP holders and developers
• Contribute to ad-hoc accounting projects and initiatives

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in accounting or related field
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Experience in international company with multiple locations
• Proven history of process improvements
• Prior Oracle experience (advantage)
• Excellent English communication and analytical skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills
