In this role, you lead the Solution Consulting team to shape customer-centric roadmaps and solutions that unlock business value. You collaborate with regional sales to align strategy with AspenTech’s offerings, guiding pre-sales to design-delivery cycles across projects. You bridge technology and business outcomes, leveraging deep industry and product knowledge to drive transformational results. The opportunity combines leadership, consulting impact, and exposure to cutting-edge planning, scheduling, and supply chain solutions in a global, customer-facing setting.

• Lead and mentor a team of Solution Consultants during the sales cycle
• Craft vision and roadmap for customer solutions addressing requirements

Responsabilidades
• Background in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
• Consulting or technical sales experience in Ou0026G or Chemicals
• Team leading experience
• Strong understanding of manufacturing industry, sustainability, and economics
• Technology specialization in Planning u0026 Scheduling or Supply Chain
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to articulate technical solutions to business problems
• Willingness to travel approximately 40%
