Experteer Overview
As Director, Global Advisory you will be a domain expert and trusted partner to regional sales and customer success teams, translating client needs into product innovation. You’ll help large customers solve fraud and financial crime challenges and evangelize BioCatch’s value at executive levels. You will lead thought leadership and client engagements, shaping use cases and market insights. This role blends advisory excellence with cross-functional influence to drive strategic outcomes. Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Provide deep fraud and financial crime consulting to sales teams and identify opportunities with existing and new clients.
• Engage with senior fraud and risk leaders to understand business challenges and propose BioCatch-based solutions.
• Develop and deliver thought leadership content (articles, webinars, conference talks).
• Represent BioCatch at events and briefings, simplifying complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Identify emerging use cases and collaborate with Product to prioritize and refine them.




• Evaluate new use cases for technical feasibility and fit, supporting value delivery with sales.
• Participate in the BioCatch Client Innovation Board to evaluate and prioritise product innovations.
• Maintain awareness of competitive landscape, fraud threats, and regulatory trends; share insights with Product, Sales and Threat Analytics.

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years in fraud and/or financial crime within financial services or fraud technology providers; 3+ years in executive-level consultative engagements.
• Strong domain expertise in fraud, financial crime, and cybersecurity; ability to explain how fraud teams operationalize technology.
• Proven ability to interpret metrics, build business cases, and quantify ROI for customers.
• Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent; STEM/quantitative discipline.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication with capability to evangelize solutions at conferences.
• Advanced consultative skills with collaboration across technical teams and senior stakeholders.
