Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead process improvement across EU sites within the EU Process Engineering team, tackling high-ambiguity initiatives and shaping long-term solutions. You’ll coordinate multi-site programs, mentor junior team members, and drive EU-wide best practices. Expect close collaboration with senior leaders and hands-on optimization using data and analytics to reduce waste and elevate performance. This is an opportunity to influence process standardization at scale and contribute to the network’s strategic goals.

• Lead process improvement initiatives and benchmark site performance against network standards
• Head weekly performance reviews and act as the building Cost Champion
• Perform deep-dive analyses and translate insights into action plans for senior leadership
• Leverage AI and advanced analytics for granular insights and reduced cognitive load
• Participate in daily operational reviews and Gemba walks to identify and eliminate waste




• Mentor SMEs/SSMEs in Lean and operational excellence
• Lead Continuous Improvement efforts (Kaizen/Kaikaku) autonomously
• Drive EU-wide initiative deployment and scale local successes as network-wide practices
• Coordinate multi-site EU projects and ensure timely delivery of initiatives
• Support pilots and tests to prevent delays in EU rollout
• Build strong relationships with Site Leader and Senior Management Team
• Support site management during peak periods based on building needs

Responsabilidades
• Fluent in English (read, write, speak)
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, operations, logistics, or related field
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
• High proficiency in at least one Fulfillment process path (Quriosity Silver/Gold certification)
