In this role you will design, develop, and optimize SAP BI solutions to support a scalable, high-performance data platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders and IT to translate requirements into robust BI solutions and guide junior team members as needed. • Design, develop, and maintain SAP BI solutions with emphasis on performance and scalability
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate into technical solutions
• Evaluate existing BI systems and propose enhancements
• Contribute to BI project planning, prioritization, and delivery
• Ensure stability and continuous improvement of BI platforms
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align BI with IT architecture




• Support innovation initiatives including automation and AI-driven analytics where applicable

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years of SAP BI / Data environments experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong experience with SAP BW on HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAP ABAP, SQL, Business Objects, and Power BI
• Exposure to AI and automation within data/BI is a plus
• Solid understanding of ERP systems and distributed architectures
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a complex environment
• Ability to influence stakeholders and guide technical decisions
