Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead mechanical design and program management across Europe to optimize existing and new facilities within Amazon's Fulfillment Network. You will serve as the SME for mechanical systems, shaping design standards, BODs, and cost-efficient既 operations while collaborating with Sustainability, RME, and Execution teams. You will drive cross-functional initiatives, pilot innovative solutions, and support the Enterprise Building Automation System deployed globally. This is a hands-on leadership role with global scope and travel.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience communicating with executive-level stakeholders
• Experience in project or program management
• Strong written and oral communication across organizational levels
• Experience in engineering for industrial/commercial/retail buildings with HVAC design
• Knowledge of Building, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Refrigeration Codes
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage priorities
• Strong organizational skills
