In this role, you will help ensure stable, scalable IT infrastructure while infusing data-driven insights and GenAI-driven automation. You’ll operate at the crossroads of IT operations, analytics, and automation to improve service performance and reduce outages. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and drive continuous improvements. This position offers a visible impact in a integral, matrixed environment and a focus on transforming operations through automation and AI-enabled thinking.

• Support the development and delivery of the IFIS stability roadmap with emphasis on change quality and risk reduction
• Monitor, analyse, and proactively address infrastructure performance issues across servers, networks, workplace, and applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and develop preventive action plans
• Identify and leverage GenAI and automation opportunities to enhance IT operations and monitoring
• Identify opportunities for process optimization across incident, problem, and change lifecycles
• Apply data analytics to operational data to measure improvements, surface trends, and inform actions




• Drive automation adoption to reduce manual effort and improve service delivery
• Stay updated on industry trends and tooling to bring fresh thinking to the team
• Communicate status and improvement results clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Technology or related field
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification or progress toward it
• Strong data analytics with Excel, Power BI, or SQL to build KPI dashboards
• Experience in ITSM (incident, problem, change management)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data modelling tools
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM platform
• Familiarity with GenAI tooling or automation platforms
• Experience translating IT operations workflows into automation or GenAI requirements
• Knowledge of observability and monitoring practices (AIOps, anomaly detection, log/event correlation)
• Agile or Scrum experience
• Experience in large, matrixed, or regulated organizations
