Role Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced L2/L3 FIS Technical Expert to support and enhance a global Treasury landscape centred around FIS Quantum. This role requires a highly technical specialist with extensive experience across implementation, configuration, integrations and production support, combined with strong knowledge of treasury operations.

Working within an enterprise Treasury environment, you will provide advanced application support, investigate complex technical issues, deliver system enhancements and collaborate closely with business stakeholders,



infrastructure teams and third-party vendors to ensure the stability and continuous improvement of the Treasury platform.

Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 technical support for the FIS Treasury platform, including incident management and root cause analysis
- Support implementation, configuration, upgrades and ongoing maintenance of FIS Quantum
- Design, build and troubleshoot integrations between Treasury systems and other enterprise platforms (APIs, MQ)
- Partner with Treasury business users to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Support production deployments, testing/UAT and system stability
- Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with global IT teams and vendors

Requirements

- 10+ years' experience in Treasury systems, with strong expertise in FIS Quantum
- Hands-on experience across implementation, configuration, integrations and production support
- Solid Treasury domain knowledge (cash management, liquidity, payments, risk)
- Experience with APIs, MQ and system integrations
- Familiarity with other FIS products (Integrity, Trax, EBAM) a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience in regulated enterprise environments is highly desired
