In this role you will drive data-informed decisions to optimize baggage operations and performance. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights, dashboards, and narratives that support daily operations and strategic planning. You’ll lead data quality, integration, and model design to deliver reliable, self-service analytics. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Manage and deliver BI solutions for Baggage Operations with actionable insights
• Collaborate with product owners to define requirements and develop dashboards and reports
• Translate data insights into clear narratives and visualizations for stakeholders
• Lead discovery sessions to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and commercial outcomes
• Perform in-depth analyses (performance monitoring, causal analyses, hypothesis testing) to generate recommendations
• Act as baggage operations data steward: monitor data quality, warehouse performance, and data integration
• Define data models, data flows, source-to-target mappings, transformation rules, validation criteria
• Build and maintain dashboards and self-service analytics tools




• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate data and align with business needs
• Define platform/data solution enhancements with IT and vendors
• Apply statistical methods and ML techniques to improve baggage operations
• Develop user guides and training materials for adoption of BI tools
• Provide user support for data, reporting, and platform issues

Responsabilidades
• Analytical and results-driven with strong BI and data analytics knowledge
• Proactive, capable of engaging multiple stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions
• B.Sc. in related field or equivalent experience
• Experience in BI, reporting, data analytics, and dashboard development (aviation/ground ops preferred)
• Proficiency in PowerBI/Tableau, Excel and SQL for data operations and performance analysis
• Experience defining business requirements, dashboards, UAT, and deployment support
• Knowledge of statistical methods, KPI development, root cause analysis, trend forecasting
• Knowledge of baggage/airport ops and related systems (desirable: BHS, BRS, IATA 753)
