Experteer Overview
As Data Product Manager, you will shape personalized customer experiences using real-time data across HP Smart ecosystems. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into scalable experiences and intelligent automation through AI/ML. You will balance strategy, governance, and delivery while prioritizing privacy and trust. This role offers impact through shaping data products that drive customer engagement at scale, with a global, cross-functional scope.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Understand HP's product and services data ecosystem to define new data requirements for future experiences
• Balance strategy, governance, and execution of data initiatives across stakeholders including executives, engineers, analysts, product teams, and external customers
• Collaborate with CRM, product, and service teams to specify data and functional requirements for personalized experiences across touchpoints
• Apply AI/ML knowledge to define data products, schemas and models that automate scalable customer experiences




• Translate large data initiative requirements into agile, incremental stories and allocate resources per initiative
• Define a data roadmap for new feature development that reflects customer and business needs
• Immerse in feedback and sentiment data to map data personas and consumer profiles

Responsabilidades
• Data science or engineering background with strong analytics foundation
• Experience collaborating with product management, engineering, and marketing teams
• Knowledge of data manipulation, visualization, and predictive analysis
• Experience in segmentation and multichannel targeting
• Understanding of data privacy policies and their impact on engagement strategies
• Knowledge of semantic/knowledge graph technologies
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Demonstrated marketing function knowledge
