In this Senior Value Consultant role, you’ll own the financial narrative for Parloa’s strategic enterprise deals, translating AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes. You’ll bridge Sales, Solution Engineering, and executives to build clear, defensible ROI and value stories. Your work shifts conversations from features to impact, supporting positioning, pricing, and expansion with CFO-grade business cases. You’ll operate autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally to scale value-driven selling and drive enterprise adoption.

• Lead value engagements across the sales cycle from framing value to deal support and post-live validation
• Develop robust ROI models quantifying impact on cost, productivity, revenue, and customer experience
• Facilitate value discovery sessions with senior stakeholders to translate priorities into measurable financial outcomes
• Create frameworks, narratives, and tooling to enable Sales and Solution Engineering to have value-driven conversations
• Shape value narratives for high-priority deals and lighthouse accounts, influencing positioning and expansion
• Translate field insights into repeatable models, benchmarks, and playbooks to scale value engineering
Responsabilidades
• 5-8+ years in value consulting, value engineering, or commercial advisory in enterprise SaaS or B2B
• Proven track record owning ROI models and business cases influencing large enterprise deals
• Strong financial modeling skills (NPV, IRR, TCO, payback) and real-time model adaptation
• Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales with ambiguity and time pressure
• Executive presence and ability to simplify complex analysis into clear business narratives
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for multi-scenario modeling and strong presentation ability
• High ownership, autonomy, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
