Experteer Overview
In this role, you drive SAP S/4HANA Logistics implementations focusing on SD and MM to optimize procurement, inventory, and order-to-cash processes. You collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to design solutions and manage complex initiatives within digital transformation projects. You will mentor junior consultants, support pre-sales, and ensure smooth integration with related logistics and finance modules. Your work enables scalable, efficient supply chains and modern SAP capabilities.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead functional definition in SAP S/4HANA implementation and conversion projects (Greenfield and Brownfield)
• Design and implement MM and SD end-to-end processes (procurement, purchasing, inventory, sales, deliveries, billing)
• Ensure integration with LE, WM, EWM, PP, QM, TM, Ariba and FI/CO modules
• Manage data migration, validation, testing, cut-over strategies, and system startup
• Apply S/4HANA Logistics best practices (BP, Fiori Apps, ATP, Simplified Data Model, Output Management, PIR)
• Collaborate with development, business and technology teams using SAP Activate and agile methods (Scrum)
• Coordinate integration with external systems (supplier portals, EDI, e-invoicing)




• Lead multidisciplinary teams, manage quality, planning and incident resolution
• Mentor junior consultants and provide functional-technical support to the team
• Maintain client communication, manage expectations and ensure satisfaction
• Contribute to pre-sales with solution scoping, proposals and functional demos of SAP S/4HANA Logistics
• Identify optimization opportunities and drive digitalization of the supply chain with a consultative approach

Responsabilidades
• SAP SD and MM expertise in S/4HANA Logistics
• Experience in Greenfield and Brownfield implementations
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and client dialogue
• Familiarity with SAP Activate and agile methodologies (Scrum)
• Experience with integration across LE, WM, EWM, PP, QM, TM, Ariba, and FI/CO
• Data migration, test validation, and cut-over planning experience
• Mentoring and leadership of junior consultants
• Pre-sales involvement and functional demonstrations of SAP S/4HANA Logistics
• Knowledge of Advanced ATP, BP, Fiori, and Simplified Data Model (contextual)
