Experteer Overview
In this role, you own end-to-end development across the stack to move money and manage multi-currency balances. You’ll shape the platform layer as Xe rebuilds its core, collaborating with product, design, and compliance. You’ll leverage AI-assisted development to deliver customer-facing features and ensure production reliability. You’ll mentor engineers and influence cross-domain architecture. This is a hands-on role at a fast-moving, scale-focused fintech that values practical impact.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Design and own features across the stack for multi-currency money movement and balance management (onboarding, KYC/KYB, payment initiation, FX, settlement).
• Deliver customer-facing features from frontend to backend services.
• Own domain production health, including reliability, observability, on-call, and incident response.
• Lead cross-functional delivery with product, design, and compliance from framing to launch.
• Lead design reviews, set technical direction, and mentor mid-level engineers.
• Use agentic coding tools daily and drive modernization from legacy to modern stack with architects and team leads.





Responsabilidades
• 6 to 10+ years building production web applications end-to-end.
• Strong frontend proficiency with Vue.js, React, or equivalent.
• Strong backend proficiency in C# / .NET; other OOP languages welcome.
• Solid SQL and relational database fundamentals.
• Experience writing and maintaining tests as part of shipping.
• Daily use of agentic coding tools across the SDLC.
• Production experience on AWS, including deployment, CI/CD, and native services (SQS, DynamoDB, S3, ECS, Lambda).
• Strong system design and architecture experience (microservices, event-driven).
• Payments, FX, or regulated-industry experience.
• Track record of technical leadership: mentoring, design reviews, architecture decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration across engineering, product, and design.
