Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Data Manager
Location: Barcelona, Spain (hybrid)
Job Description

As the Regulatory Affairs Data Manager, you will support regulatory operations by managing, analyzing, and reporting regulatory data. This role involves transitioning from siloed applications to a unified platform, ensuring consistent data management across departments, and executing reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory data and establish metadata dictionaries for Regulatory Affairs systems (e.g., RIMS, EDMS, Publishing tools)

3. Identify discrepancies and alignments between systems

4. Propose process and system improvements for better data utilization

5. Perform routine data analysis to ensure consistency

6. Maintain reports on business activities and system usage

7. Assist in IT projects involving data analysis or migration

8. Act as Data Steward and participate in Data Governance

Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in Pharmaceutical companies in similar roles

- 2-3 years in Regulatory Affairs

- Proficiency with IT systems, Excel, data mapping, databases

- Knowledge xcskxlj of RIMS and reporting tools (e.g., Business Object) preferred
