Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive the design and upgrade of Delivery Stations across Europe, integrating automation and standardizing processes. You will partner with operations and engineering teams to improve safety, quality, and cost while delivering fast, accurate orders. The role combines hands-on design with cross-functional collaboration and project leadership. You will shape EU AMZL network standards and lead innovation initiatives that transform how stations operate.

• Drive new site designs and upgrades from planning to execution, including automation integration
• Lead technology integration and standardization in EU-wide programs and products, owning layout integrations and optimizations
• Contribute to network standardization via best practice sharing with EU counterparts
• Provide process expertise on engineering design: material flow, conveyor positioning, equipment requirements, real estate implications
• Lead strategic initiatives to improve processes and station designs, engaging key stakeholders




• Lead end-to-end design for new delivery stations and optimize existing station processes
• Develop best-in-class layouts for launches and present to leadership for approval
• Oversee automation programs to integrate new technologies into legacy stations
• Create mechanisms to improve stations and propose innovative solutions to design issues

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, supply chain, operations management or logistics
• Experience in manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma analytical techniques
• Knowledge of project management tools
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
