Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the definition of robust, secure, and scalable Java-based architectures and guide the transformation of complex business programs. You will shape technical proposals, mentor teams, and collaborate with clients to define roadmaps and innovative solutions. You’ll work across private and public clouds, driving modernization with microservices, AI opportunities, and cloud-native patterns. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on impact, quality, and continuous learning.

• Define and design architectures based on the Java ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Framework, JPA/Hibernate, REST APIs) in private and public cloud environments
• Design solutions oriented to microservices, distributed, event-driven and cloud-native architectures
• Evaluate and incorporate new technological trends (AI, automation, observability, platform engineering) when they provide competitive advantages
• Define and apply synchronization and coexistence methodologies and strategies for the modernization of platforms and applications
• Identify opportunities for the application of Artificial Intelligence and advanced analytics capabilities within the proposed solutions
• Technically lead the execution of projects, establishing standards aligned with the market and promoting good practices




• Act as a technological reference for the customer, participating in technical workshops, defining a technological roadmap and making strategic decisions
• Prepare technical proposals, estimates and design documents (HLD/LLD)
• Collaborate with DevOps teams in defining and executing CI/CD, containerization and deployment strategies on Kubernetes platforms
• Promote continuous improvement, the simplification of architectures and the adoption of innovative approaches
• Identify technical risks and define mitigation plans
• Foster a culture of continuous learning within the team

Responsabilidades
• Strong experience in the Java ecosystem with related technologies (Spring Boot, Spring Framework, JPA/Hibernate, REST APIs)
• Technical leadership and client-facing advisory capabilities
• Ability to translate complex ideas into feasible, practical technical solutions
• Experience with CI/CD, containerization and Kubernetes
• Cloud experience in private and public environments
• Interest and ability to assess AI and analytics opportunities within solutions
• Proactive, autonomous mindset with focus on continuous improvement
• Excellent communication with clients and multidisciplinary teams
