Experteer Overview

As an AI Engineer, you will design, build, and operate AI-driven solutions across the full lifecycle, collaborating with the AI Lab and stakeholders. You will deploy solutions for internal teams and external customers in construction and real estate, contributing to platform development and best practices.

You’ll work across cloud and on-premise environments, integrating components like RAG pipelines and agents to deliver scalable AI capabilities. This role offers meaningful impact by advancing AI in a domain with tangible outcomes.

- Document and transfer knowledge to enable adoption and scaling of AI solutions
- Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions from prototype to production
- Develop and integrate AI components (RAG pipelines, agents, tools, skills, MCP connections)
- Maintain front-end and back-end components and operate AI solutions (cloud and on-premise)
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver AI-enabled solutions
- Contribute to AI platform development, solution architecture, and engineering best practices
- Evaluate,



test, and implement new models, frameworks, and technologies for construction/real estate domain

Responsabilidades

- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a comparable field
- Professional software engineering experience focusing on cloud, backend, or frontend technologies (e.g., Python, Type Script, React, FastAPI, Docker, CI/CD)
- Practical AI engineering experience (RAG systems, agent architectures, LLM integration, prompt/context engineering, or fine-tuning)
- Understanding of AI application components interactions (retrieval, orchestration, tool usage, evaluation)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently within a collaborative environment
- High English level (C1)
