What You'll Do

- Provide technical customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience with empathy and professionalism.
- Escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Accurately document customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

What We're Looking For

- Native or fluent Danish
- Fluent English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Previous customer service or technical support experience is an advantage

Compensation & Benefits

- Gross salary: €1,500/month (14 salaries)
- Meal allowance: €7.63 per working day
- Attendance bonus: €120/month (11 months per year)
- Monday to Friday schedule
- Weekends off
