About The Role The role of a Real Estate Agent involves acting as a trusted intermediary, facilitating transactions between property buyers and sellers. You will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the entire buying or selling process, ensuring they achieve their goals in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

- Accompany clients on property viewings.
- Provide expert advice on suitability, value, and market conditions.
- Craft and present purchase offers to potential buyers.
- Understand client needs and financial capabilities to propose appropriate solutions.
- Offer guidance on negotiation strategies, pricing, mortgages, legal aspects, and related matters.
- Prepare all necessary paperwork, including contracts.




- Maintain in-depth market knowledge and create comprehensive property listings.
- Review and ensure compliance with purchase contracts.
- Uphold high ethical standards and ensure fair dealing in all transactions.

Qualifications

- Real estate experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
