Experteer Overview
As Senior Generative AI Tech Lead, you will steer end-to-end AI initiatives within Siemens Cybersecurity, shaping the next-generation AI platform. You’ll blend hands-on AI engineering with strategic planning, driving reusable blueprints and governance across teams. You’ll translate cybersecurity needs into production-grade Generative AI solutions on the Siemens AI platform, leveraging Azure. This role combines technical leadership with cross-functional collaboration to deliver impact at scale.

• Lead end-to-end AI projects including design, prototyping, and implementation guidance for Generative AI use cases in cybersecurity and productivity
• Architect scalable AI solutions using RAG, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and multi-modal approaches on the Siemens CYS AI platform
• Contribute to long-term AI strategy, governance, portfolio visibility, and onboarding of AI use cases across CYS
• Create reusable blueprints and patterns for secure AI components to promote standardization and reuse
• Help define a unified AI technology strategy across CYS, aligning on services and architecture choices (Azure OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face)
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions
• Promote best practices for monitoring, lifecycle management, ownership,



and maintenance of AI use cases
• Mentor team members on Generative AI engineering and solution design, fostering technical excellence
• Lead communication of AI experiments and results to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Drive independent problem solving and critical thinking to resolve cross-functional challenges

Responsabilidades
• BS/BA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics; MSc/PhD preferred
• Typically 5+ years in AI/ML engineering, solution architecture, or technical leadership
• Strong Python proficiency
• Hands-on Generative AI experience with RAG, AI Agents, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face
• Experience in deploying production-grade AI/ML apps with CI/CD, monitoring, and lifecycle management
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and set architectural direction
• Experience with AI governance frameworks and architecture standards
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to mentor others and promote knowledge sharing
