Experteer Overview
In this role you drive medical information leadership within Radiometer’s Global Medical Affairs team, shaping the global information strategy and ensuring scientific content quality across the portfolio. You will translate clinical evidence into actionable insights for Medical Affairs, Marketing and product development, while building and activating a network of experts worldwide. You’ll lead high-impact scientific communications and represent Medical Affairs at conferences, contributing to global adoption of innovative acute care diagnostics. This is a remote-position with global reach and a strong focus on collaboration, compliance, and tangible patient impact.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead Medical Information strategy: shape and execute global medical information strategy, own scientific content lifecycle and MAPSS assets
• Act as Scientific and Clinical Expert: advise on acute and emergency diagnostics and translate evidence into insights for multiple stakeholders
• Drive High-Impact Scientific Communications:
lead publication planning and develop medical materials to support global adoption
• Build and Activate Global Expert Networks: manage relationships with KOLs and KEEs and support IIS initiatives
• Represent Medical Affairs internally and externally: present at conferences and ensure compliant communication of medical insights
Responsabilidades
• Advanced degree in Life Sciences (PhD, PharmD, MSc, or equivalent) with at least 5 years in Medical Affairs/Medical Information in IVD/medical device/pharma
• Deep knowledge of medical information tools, processes, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent scientific communication in English, able to simplify complex data for diverse audiences
• Strong clinical/technical understanding of IVD technologies and hospital workflows
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across Medical Affairs, Clinical, Marketing and external stakeholders
