Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead resource planning, operational execution, and strategic growth within Westinghouse Field Services. You’ll drive efficient service delivery across nuclear plants, optimize staffing and workflow, and lead technical teams to align performance with business goals. You will engage with academic and industry partners to strengthen external relationships and shape the platform’s evolution. This is a high-impact position at the intersection of operations, leadership, and nuclear safety culture.

• Co-lead the external engagement strategy with other Platform Leads
• Optimize resource utilization for maximum efficiency and performance

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience in the nuclear sector
• Experience in Reactor Services activities
• Experience in resource planning and operational management
• Strong leadership experience managing technical teams and supervisors
• Ability to work in complex, multidisciplinary environments
• Fluent English (mandatory)
• French is a plus
