Experteer Overview
In this role you lead the delivery and governance of Threat Detection and Response (TDR) Managed services for large engagements, ensuring quality and client satisfaction. You’ll manage client relationships, identify opportunities for EY, and uphold EY quality standards across engagements. You’ll coach and develop junior team members while contributing to methodologies and thought leadership. The position blends technical leadership with program management to drive transformation and value for clients in cybersecurity.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Provide technical leadership in SIEM, SOAR, Threat Intelligence, EDR and related frameworks
• Lead large-scale programs delivering strategic outcomes and driving operational excellence
• Oversee managed service delivery using ITIL and transition planning for large outsourcing deals
• Define solution architectures, SoW reviews, and target operating models in response to client needs/RFPs
• Lead proof of concept and demonstrate TDR capabilities to increase win probability
• Manage client engagements, plans, team composition, and status reviews




• Mentor and develop junior team members and uphold EY quality standards
• Contribute to internal initiatives, methodologies, and thought leadership

Responsabilidades
• 10–12 years of project management experience delivering large-scale projects or programs
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Good understanding of project governance and change management
• PRINCE2 or PMP is desirable
• Experience in cyber security delivery and client requirements management
• CISSP, GCIH, GMON, GCIA, CISM (any two) certifications or equivalent
• Experience with TDR tools: Splunk, Azure Sentinel, SOAR tools (Demisto, Phantom)
• Technical skills in SIEM, SOAR, Threat Intelligence, EDR
• Strong English communication skills
• Bachelor's or equivalent in engineering/science/management or related fields
