Experteer Overview
In this role, you will oversee investor AML/KYC onboarding, due diligence, and ongoing monitoring for Fund Administration clients. You will ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with client agreements while maintaining high service standards. You will mentor the Investor AML team and collaborate with clients, investors, and auditors to support a multi-jurisdictional scope. This is a hands-on leadership role in a growing global business with a strong focus on regulatory excellence and risk management.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Oversee investor AML/KYC onboarding and due diligence for fund administration clients
• Review and approve investor due diligence files (ID, beneficial ownership, source of funds)
• Manage ongoing monitoring, periodic reviews, sanctions screening and PEP assessments
• Act as escalation point for complex or high-risk investor cases
• Ensure AML/CFT compliance with regulations, internal policies and client requirements
• Liaise with clients,



investors, auditors, compliance teams and other stakeholders
• Lead, mentor and develop Investor AML team members
• Prepare KPI, management and client reporting

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Accounting or related discipline
• 5+ years experience in AML/KYC, investor services, fund administration or financial services
• Strong knowledge of AML/CFT and investor due diligence requirements
• Experience managing teams and client relationships
• CAMS or equivalent qualification desirable
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred
