Experteer Overview
In this role you will act as an international accountant supporting client month-end reporting, intercompany, and working capital management. You will liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and authorities across jurisdictions, ensuring timely statutory filings and high-quality financial statements. You will mentor junior staff and coordinate with general Apex teams to deliver compliant, client-focused services. This is a chance to influence cross-border finance processes within a growing, globally connected organization.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Oversee accounting, tax and corporate compliance for a portfolio of client companies, including bookkeeping, preparing management reports, and statutory financial statements
• Coordinate payments and filing of tax returns (VAT, withholding taxes, Corporate Income Tax, etc.)
• Manage audit processes with external auditors and advisors to ensure timely completion
• Support clients on corporate, legal and tax matters in collaboration with internal/external specialists
• Serve as main client liaison and coordinate with tax advisors, lawyers, notaries, auditors, governmental authorities and Apex offices worldwide




• Build and maintain relationships with an international client base to ensure high client satisfaction and service excellence
• Supervise and develop junior/senior accountants through technical guidance, training and performance feedback

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor degree in accounting or related field; 8–10 years of accounting experience
• Experience with tax-driven structures is advantageous
• Strong financial/accounting and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills in English; C1 level preferred; Spanish GAAP u0026 IFRS knowledge
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously; strong leadership and mentoring capability
• Ability to manage priorities, work under pressure and pay attention to detail
• Experience with Real Estate accounting systems (e.g., Yardi, Navision) is a plus
• Proactive, results-driven with a strong work ethic and can-do mindset
