Experteer Overview
As Third Party Audit Lead, you will guide a team of IT Auditors conducting onsite assessments of ING’s third parties. You’ll evaluate design and operation of IT controls, plan risk-based fieldwork, and coordinate with suppliers and management. You’ll deliver executive-ready insights to strengthen ING’s security posture and mitigate third-party risks. Travel may be required, with a typical year including 6–8 weeks on-site. This role offers a pivotal opportunity to shape risk governance in a fast-paced, multicultural tech-driven hub.

• Lead a team of IT Auditors to perform onsite inspections for ING's third parties
• Assess IT control design and implementation in third-party environments
• Plan, organize, and execute risk-based audits with fieldwork coordination
• Conduct interviews, document reviews, and technical assessments including tests
• Perform penetration testing and/or red teaming for critical third parties




• Deliver executive dashboards and communicate risk insights to management
• Manage travel for audits and ensure timely completion of fieldwork

Responsabilidades
• 6+ years in IT Audit with knowledge of IT risk management and governance
• Experience managing a team and stakeholder relationships
• Ability to translate technical gaps into business impact
• Experience with penetration tests or red teaming
• Strong knowledge of IT processes and standards (COBIT, ISO 27001, ISO 22001)
• Comfort leading both technical and IT process audits and managing expectations
• Coaching mindset and ability to grow team members
• Fluent English for communication and writing
• Certifications in good standing (CISA, CISSP, OSCP, ISO27001 LA, etc.)
