Experteer Overview
In this role you apply AI to redesign procurement processes within Roche’s General Procurement function. You will design, build, test, and deploy AI agents and workflows to boost productivity, speed, and decision quality across the procurement ecosystem. You’ll collaborate with procurement experts, AI engineers, IT, and governance to move ideas from concept to scalable, enterprise-ready solutions. This position offers the chance to influence how digital and AI capabilities unlock value for patients and internal partners.

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in AI, data, digital transformation, automation, digital product management, or solution delivery
• Proven experience designing and implementing productive AI agents and agentic workflows through PoC, pilot, to production
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, MCP, APIs, databases, and workflow orchestration
• Hands-on prototyping with low-code/no-code tools and basic scripting; know when to escalate to software engineering
• Product management skills: discovery, prioritization, roadmaps, delivery, value tracking
• Cross-functional communication and stakeholder leadership across procurement, engineering, IT, governance, and executives
• Understanding of enterprise requirements: data privacy, security, auditability, and run handover
• Education: Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
• Language: Fluent in English; German a plus
