Experteer Overview
In this role you lead complex delivery projects from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes aligned with Hitachi Energy’s objectives. You will manage cross-functional teams, risks, and stakeholder expectations in a general SCADA-focused portfolio within the EMEIA PMO. You help drive energy transition by delivering Network Manager systems for customers worldwide. This is a hands-on, oversight-heavy position with a strong emphasis on governance and continuous improvement.

• Lead full lifecycle of multiple delivery projects (scope, planning, resources, risks, stakeholder comms)
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets with performance tracking
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues; prepare contingency plans and escalate critical concerns
• Ensure high-quality execution with resources management and compliance to methodologies (PMP, Agile, Waterfall)




• Conduct project reviews and post-implementation analyses to drive improvement and framework development

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor degree or equivalent in a relevant field; 8–10 years of progressive project management experience
• 3–5 years in a senior role, preferably in global, technology-focused or large multinational environments
• Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget; strong leadership and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools; excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with risk management, quality assurance and change management; energy sector experience desirable; PMP is a plus
• Fluency in French and English; ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
