We’re currently supporting a leading global pharmaceutical company in the search for an IT Commercial PM.

This role sits at the intersection of IT, Digital, and Commercial/Medical operations, driving international initiatives across EUCAN & International markets.

You will:

- Lead and coordinate IT projects supporting product launches and digital initiatives

- Manage end-to-end project delivery (scope, budget, timelines, vendors)

- Ensure compliance with SDLC, IT Security, and GDPR frameworks

- Collaborate across Commercial, Medical,



Data & Analytics, and integral digital teams

- Drive process improvements and ways of working

We’re looking for someone with:

-

- 7+ years in IT Project Management / Business Analysis

- Experience within Pharma / Life Sciences / Healthcare

- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies

- Exposure to Digital, CRM, Data or AI projects

- Excellent stakeholder management skills in international environments

- Contract: Freelance

- Language: English - International environment
