Experteer Overview
In this role you will help shape UK logistics seller experience within a growing e-commerce ecosystem. You will work with cross‑functional teams to research, design, and deliver solutions that improve operations and scale across the UK/EU market. You’ll manage initiatives end-to-end, driving continuous improvement and contributing to core logistics capabilities. This is an opportunity to influence how sellers fulfil orders and how logistics platforms support integral expansion.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or above
• 3+ years in logistics performance management or solution design in e-commerce fulfilment or logistics
• Experience in large e-commerce or international logistics companies preferred
• Strong analytical thinking and data analysis tool familiarity
• Experience reviewing vendor agreements and managing agency partnerships
• Medium written proficiency in Chinese; high oral proficiency for stakeholder communication in Chinese
