Experteer Overview
In this role you will own the Fabric agent plane, advancing open-standard orchestration and secure, auditable agent runtimes. You will lead architecture across MCP/A2A spine and governance with Trust, Risk u0026amp; Evaluation, enabling sandbox-to-certified cycles. You will implement agent identity, entitlement checks, and audit trails for regulated and non-regulated use cases. You will mentor AI Harness engineers and align enterprise tech strategy with business goals. This is a chance to shape scalable, interoperable AI infrastructure at scale.

• Owns agent runtimes, orchestration, and the model gateway with modular, testable agent skills
• Oversees the MCP/A2A integration spine across all layers of the Fabric
• Work with Trust, Risk u0026 Evaluation on shared eval harness and reference patterns
• Implement agent identity and entitlement checks with IT and Security, ensuring full lineage and audit at data product boundaries
• Support GxP commit-point patterns and auditability
• Provide solid-line management of AI Harness Engineers deployed into pods
• Lead enterprise architecture strategy and oversee teams of architects across applications, cloud, data, infrastructure,



and security
• Drive target architecture realization, cost-benefit and risk analyses, and standards compliance
• Evaluate emerging technologies to ensure scalable, cost-effective solutions that support goals
• Promote continuous improvement and enterprise-wide architectural initiatives

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent
• 10+ years leading people, projects, or programs
• Hands-on experience building production agent systems or LLM orchestration at enterprise scale
• Deep familiarity with MCP, A2A, and interoperability landscape
• Strong identity and security instincts; experience with enterprise IdP and entitlement systems
• Experience designing for regulated environments (e.g., Part 11)
• Curiosity about AI and its pitfalls; willingness to learn and reinvent toolkit
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities
• Engineering mindset with focus on evaluation as a discipline
• History of working with governance, risk, and audit in complex environments
