In this Senior Solutions Engineer role, you will drive pre-sales engagements for OneTrust’s AI-ready governance platform. You’ll lead discovery, tailor demonstrations, design technical solutions, and run proofs-of-value to show business impact. You’ll partner with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into viable, value-driven architectures. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role shaping how organizations enable responsible data use at scale. You’ll thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment with a clear path to influencing deal outcomes.

• Lead customer-facing discovery to capture business priorities and success criteria
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and solution storytelling
• Guide integrations, architecture discussions, and solution design decisions
• Design and execute proofs-of-concept and technical validation activities
• Collaborate with Account Executives on strategy, objections, and account planning
• Support proposals, RFPs, and information requests with technical and business input




• Coordinate with Product, Ru0026D, partners, and specialists on capabilities and direction
• Identify opportunities to improve team methods and sales motions

Responsabilidades
• 3-6 years in Solutions Engineering or similar pre-sales roles in SaaS
• Experience running discovery, demos, and customer evaluations
• Ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong technical fluency in APIs, integrations, authentication, workflows, and enterprise systems
• Experience designing proofs-of-concept and technical validation plans
• Strong cross-functional relationship building across Sales, Product, Ru0026D, Marketing, and partners
• Excellent organizational skills in a fast-moving environment
• Willingness to travel
