Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead end-to-end integration implementations for multinational clients, acting as the primary client contact and bridging business needs with technical delivery. You will coordinate stakeholders, define interfaces, and ensure successful deployment and stabilization. You’ll translate requirements into functional specs and collaborate with solution designers to align design, testing, and delivery. The opportunity focuses on driving successful ADP Connection and C2 projects with a strong client-centric, collaborative approach.

• Coordinate internal and client stakeholders; monitor risks and changes
• Facilitate communication among clients, payroll teams, service teams, and technical experts




• Define testing strategies and coordinate go-live activities
• Provide post-go-live support and stabilization for C2 projects
• Conduct discovery sessions and requirements workshops
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and mapping documentation
• Collaborate with Connectivity Solution Designers on technical designs
• Support pre-sales and solution assessment activities when required

Responsabilidades
• Experience managing client-facing implementation projects
• Experience in payroll, HR, HCM, SaaS, or technology implementation environments
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders in an international environment
