Experteer Overview
As Director of Business Strategy, you will align commercial strategy across HBX’s BU landscape to support the ecosystem ambition. You will uncover and shape high-impact opportunities (e.g., Luxury, Marketing-as-a-Service, Fintech) and ensure plans meet consistent standards. You’ll partner with senior leaders to drive strategic priorities through the Transformation Office and leadership committees. This role offers influence across a global, tech‑driven travel platform and a chance to guide transformative initiatives.

• Lead and develop the HBX commercial strategy across business units with BU leaders to define direction and roadmap
• Own the consolidated ecosystem roadmap with prioritized product, market, and segment focus and consistent quality standards
• Drive strategic discovery, planning, and implementation of high-impact opportunities (e.g., Luxury, Fintech, Insurance) with EXCO sponsorship
• Own strategy performance and status reporting for leadership groups including Transformation Office, Executive Committee, and Advisory Committee
• Lead the Commercial Strategy team, fostering high performance and employee motivation
• Propose changes to commercial strategy ambition and design across the HBX Ecosystem
• Define vision, ambition,



and implementation plans for strategic projects
• Recommend corrective actions when strategic projects underperform and allocate team scope across workstreams
• Coordinate with commercial and BU leaders to align priorities and execution across the ecosystem
