Experteer Overview
In this role you drive digital growth and data-driven decision making across e-commerce, campaigns, and partnerships for Innovamat’s Consumer Business. You’ll shape campaigns and customer experience, coordinate with distributors and markets, and build dashboards to provide real-time performance visibility. You’ll translate data into pricing and inventory decisions while designing scalable operating models for new markets. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to remove bottlenecks and accelerate growth in a mission-driven company.

• Own digital commerce channels across markets and drive revenue per customer
• Shape campaigns, promotions, and customer experience; test and scale initiatives
• Coordinate with distributors/retail partners to land campaigns in-market
• Consolidate partner data into a single source of truth for leadership
• Develop dashboards and reporting infrastructure for real-time performance
• Analyze sales, campaigns, and stock data to inform pricing and inventory decisions
• Forecast supply and demand to support key decisions




• Identify inefficiencies in the customer and partner journey and lead fixes
• Serve as connective tissue across commercial, marketing, and external partners to avoid bottlenecks
• Design scalable operating models for growth into new markets and channels

Responsabilidades
• +1 year of experience in fast-paced, high-performing environments (e-commerce, consumer, high-growth startups)
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
• Exposure to entrepreneurial or international settings is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build structured processes from scratch
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish and English
• Solid proficiency with data and spreadsheets (AI skills a strong plus)
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-moving environments
