Experteer Overview
As Head of Growth, lead the global marketing strategy and own the customer funnel for a fast-growing AI SaaS platform serving SMBs. You will align Marketing and Product to drive revenue, overseeing brand, demand generation, product marketing, website performance, and onboarding flows. You’ll work closely with the CEO to set and hit growth KPIs and scale a cross-regional team. This role offers high ownership, impact at scale, and a clear path to shaping a market-leading product suite.

• Oversee end-to-end marketing initiatives: brand, demand generation, product marketing, website optimization, onboarding flows.
• Recruit, mentor, and scale a world-class marketing team across key regions.




• Define company-wide growth KPIs and collaborate with executive leadership to drive revenue targets.

• Proven leadership of marketing teams, building and scaling high-performing groups.
• Scale-up track record in a leadership role within a high-growth AI or tech environment.
• Budget mastery with multi-million euro monthly budgets and ROI focus.
• SaaS/B2B or PLG experience at a fast-moving startup.
• Global perspective with experience leading cross-border multi-market growth.
