Experteer Overview
In this role you translate customer needs into compliant insulation and refractory solutions for high-temperature industrial environments. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to design, validate, and document technical solutions that meet industry standards, while supporting projects from design to after-sales. Based in one of several European countries, you will travel to client sites regularly and contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing within a safety-conscious, collaborative culture. This is an opportunity to influence critical industrial processes within a mission-driven, sustainability-focused group.

Responsabilidades
• Experience in high-temperature insulation, refractories, or industrial furnace applications
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings and customer requirements
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident preparing technical calculations, documentation and recommendations
• Effective communication skills and ability to work with customers and internal teams
• Practical, solution-focused approach to problem-solving
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
