As a Senior Software Engineer on Perk’s Financial Platform, you shape reliable, audit-ready financial data systems and scalable reconciliation and reporting flows. You’ll translate complex ERP logic across integrations, delivering durable solutions that improve data integrity and transparency. You work in a cross-functional squad with ownership over feature outcomes from design to deployment and impact measurement. You’ll influence the platform’s future while upholding engineering standards and security. This is a hands-on role in a fast-growing general product that directly supports Finance and business confidence.

• System Architecture: design scalable, maintainable data models and systems
• Technical Standards: define CI/CD, testing strategies, and coding standards
• Frontend Strategy: establish frontend patterns, state management, testing
• Backend Excellence: solve complex backend challenges including API versioning and data migrations
• Operational Maturity: drive observability, SRE practices, SLOs and incident response
• Security u0026 Risk: manage secrets hygiene and dependency risk
• Mentorship u0026 Influence: mentor, review designs, and guide roadmap influence
• Cross-Functional Impact: coordinate multi-team deliverables and unblock blockers
