Experteer Overview
In this role you will support SAP EWM-driven standardization and process optimization across regional sites. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to define process steps, evaluate scope, and drive continuous improvement in a multinational setting. You will help shape global SAP solutions and ensure transparency and efficiency in operations. This is an impact‑oriented position with international collaboration and travel, offering opportunities to grow within a dynamic, development‑oriented organization.

• Define detailed process steps and deviations in your area of responsibility
• Promote standardization and support scope validation for regional sites
• Proactively identify opportunities for standardization to improve processes
• Coordinate design of new requirements and communicate decisions across the organization
• Manage and coordinate the global key user network
• Serve as primary contact for local key users and manage deliverables (create, validate, test, deploy, train)





Responsabilidades
• Completed university studies in business informatics, business administration, engineering or a comparable field OR completed apprenticeship with relevant professional experience
• 5 years of professional experience in SAP - EWM or equivalent environment
• Experience solving problems with local key users and IT and analyzing business processes
• Strong elicitation and documentation of business processes and requirements specifications
• Good English communication skills
• Willingness to travel internationally
• German, Czech, Polish, or other EMEA languages are advantageous
