Experteer Overview
As a Paid Advertising u0026amp; Social Media Specialist, you will own and optimize paid campaigns and social initiatives to drive conversions for our B2B business. You’ll collaborate with Marketing Managers, Product Marketing, and external partners to bring campaigns to life and measure impact. You’ll co-own a YouTube channel relaunch, balancing content publishing with hands-on video editing support. This independent contractor role offers remote Europe-wide work, visibility across the marketing organization, and meaningful ownership of multi-channel growth in cybersecurity.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Manage paid media campaigns (PPC, Google Search, Google Ads) to maximise conversions for B2B.
• Execute ABM and highly targeted campaigns, primarily on LinkedIn.
• Support campaign strategy, setup, execution, and performance measurement.
• Co-own end-to-end YouTube channel clean-up and relaunch project, including content publishing and basic video editing.




• Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers for advanced production; ensure timely delivery and cross-team alignment.

Responsabilidades
• Hands-on experience deploying paid advertising strategies in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience supporting ABM or highly targeted B2B campaigns.
• Basic video editing skills or willingness to learn (Canva, PowerDirector, ClipChamp).
• Strong project management and coordination abilities.
• Comfortable cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product marketing, and content teams.
