In this role you will design and optimize operational workflows to boost efficiency, scale, and performance across Secret Media Network. You will partner with cross-functional teams to implement scalable processes, and leverage AI tooling to automate manual tasks. You will maintain clear playbooks and track KPIs to guide data-driven decisions. The opportunity sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, shaping how the network operates across multiple regions.

Responsabilidades
• Master in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics (STEM)
• 5+ years in strategy/operations consulting, supply chain, media operations, marketing operations, or production management
• Strong experience in process design, optimization, and workflow automation
• Data-driven with ability to define KPIs and guide decisions
• Hands-on mindset to move from strategy to execution
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable) is a plus
• Familiarity with AI tools and interest in leveraging them for efficiency
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• English proficiency (written and spoken)
