Experteer Overview
In this role you will act as a senior risk partner for Export Credit Agency (ECA) and Officially Supported Finance transactions, providing independent credit assessment and portfolio oversight. You will work with cross-functional teams to structure, monitor, and govern complex cross-border financing while maintaining strong risk discipline. The position offers impact through shaping risk policies and supporting sustainable business growth in Global Transactional Banking. This is a high-stakes role that combines technical ECA expertise with stakeholder engagement at senior levels.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Independently assess and approve ECA and Officially Supported Finance transactions (Buyer's Credit, Untied Loans, Direct Lending, multi-ECA structures)
• Evaluate obligor, sovereign, country and political risks and set risk appetite, ratings and conditions
• Provide independent challenge on transaction structures, ECA cover, repayment mechanisms, security packages and documentation
• Exercise delegated credit authority and prepare recommendations for higher-level approvals
• Monitor the ECA portfolio, identify emerging risks,



concentrations and early warning signals (stress testing)
• Partner with Origination, Structuring and Coverage teams to support sustainable business growth with risk discipline
• Contribute to risk policies, underwriting standards and governance for Export Finance and Officially Supported Finance
• Present and defend risk recommendations at credit committees and senior management forums

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years of experience in ECA financing and Export Finance
• Strong understanding of Buyer's Credit, Untied Loans, sovereign, country and political risk
• Experience underwriting complex cross-border financing and operating under delegated credit authority
• Knowledge of OECD export credit frameworks and major ECAs (CESCE, UKEF, SACE, Allianz Trade, Bpifrance, EXIM, JBIC/NEXI, SERV, EKN)
• Strong credit analysis, structuring and documentation review capabilities
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and credit committees
