Experteer Overview
In this role you drive the Iberia trade marketing team to elevate brand presence and sales performance. You align initiatives with Brand and Company guidelines, manage budgets, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and HQ to deliver impactful in-store experiences. You lead training and showroom activations, ensuring excellent execution and cross-functional impact. This is a strategic, leadership-focused position for shaping category strategy and customer engagement in a luxury environment.

• Build and develop a high-performing Trade Marketing team across Iberia
• Define and execute trade marketing plans aligned with Brand guidelines, ensuring optimal POS visibility and space allocation
• Oversee in-store excellence, visibility, activations, and tailor-made visibility solutions for key customers
• Lead regional training strategy and coordinate with local trainer and integral training team
• Plan and implement sales events and client activations within budget
• Align trade initiatives with commercial priorities and foster a customer-centric mindset
• Create trade plans for key customers and consolidate market needs to optimize showroom activities and campaigns




• Define KPIs, monitor ROI, analyze market trends, and provide actionable optimization recommendations
• Contribute to product strategy through category management and assortment optimization
• Ensure alignment with Brand and Company guidelines and cross-functional collaboration

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years in Trade Marketing, Category Management, and Sales within international/matrix contexts
• Strong business acumen with understanding of sell-out drivers and channel strategies
• Proven leadership experience with coaching and building trust-based teams
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with Sales, Marketing and HQ
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting sell-out data, KPIs, and market trends
• Proven budget management experience and ROI-driven results
• Experience in category management and assortment optimization across markets/channels (a plus)
• Fluency in Spanish and English; additional European languages are a plus (Portuguese preferred)
• Willingness to travel across markets of competence
