Experteer Overview
In this role you drive trusted workforce insights by supporting HR analytics, data governance, and digital solutions across global HR stakeholders. You will implement analytics roadmaps, develop dashboards, ensure data quality, and support HR systems like SAP SuccessFactors and SAC. The position links data governance with business decisions, enabling efficient HR operations and continuous improvement. • Support the implementation of the People Analytics u0026 Insights roadmap and predictive analytics initiatives
• Develop, maintain, and enhance HR reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI, SAC, and SuccessFactors Reporting
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc workforce reports to support strategic HR initiatives
• Support reporting cycles for employee engagement, ESG, compliance, and integral HR programs
• Execute activities aligned with the Global HR Data Governance Framework to ensure accurate HR data
• Prepare, validate, transform and load HR data into reporting platforms with governance and data quality
• Perform regular data quality reviews for employee data,

• Support ESG, regulatory, and compliance reporting through data validation and QA
• Provide operational support for HR analytics platforms (SAC, SuccessFactors, SAP BW, GLINT)
• Administer user access, permissions, data maintenance, and issue resolution across HR systems
• Support HR Digital Solutions projects through testing, documentation, data validation and readiness activities
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR reporting, analytics processes, and digital solutions
• Support global HR Digital Solutions initiatives as required
• Maintain training materials, knowledge articles, and end-user documentation
• Provide guidance and support to HR stakeholders for effective adoption of HR digital solutions

Responsabilidades
• 3-5 years of experience in HR Systems, HRIS, People Analytics, or HR Data Management
• Experience with enterprise HR systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
• Experience supporting HR reporting and analytics in a global environment
• Experience with data governance and data quality processes is advantageous
