Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive PCA EMEA growth through hands-on marketing execution across product portfolios, campaigns, and channel enablement. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and sales to boost customer value, engagement, and revenue. The role combines regional portfolio management, campaign optimization, and strategic initiatives with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making. This hybrid position offers international travel and the chance to shape regional market development in a general scientific leader.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Provide marketing support across the PCA portfolio, including new product launches and regional campaigns
• Manage and execute cross-PCA and Cell Biology campaigns (e.g., One Cell Story)
• Support PCA/Biosciences strategic initiatives and quarterly sales activation programs
• Demonstrate customer-first insights to position campaigns effectively
• Collaborate with global marketing, product management, regional marketing, and sales teams
• Analyze marketing performance and adjust campaigns to drive incremental revenue in EMEA




• Partner with Marketing Operations to deploy campaigns and leverage marketing channels
• Enable sales channels (direct and channel partners) with impactful marketing, tools, and training
• Undertake regional portfolio management tasks
• Manage marketing budget to meet activity expectations

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences
• Experience in marketing campaign development and execution with revenue growth impact
• Ability to interact with customers to draw insights
• Some experience in digital marketing campaign development and deployment
• Knowledge of competitors, products, and customer needs within protein and cell analysis preferred
• Strong communication and influencing skills with confident presentation and analytical abilities
• Proven track record working in cross-functional teams within complex organizations
• Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 25% including overnights
