We are looking for a Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team in Madrid working for the UK market. You will work on international projects covering both e-commerce, lead generation, and B2B activities.

Responsibilities

-

- Creating and managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Amazon, etc.)

- Managing a portfolio of premium clients

- Monitoring and analyzing performance, and providing strategic recommendations based on campaign results

- Conducting market research to stay up to date with the latest industry trends

- Contributing to pitch processes: audits, strategic recommendations, and presentations alongside the sales team.

Team leadership

-

- As part of this role, you will also lead a team of Paid Media Consultants

- Participating in recruitment interviews

- Managing a team of 2 to 5 consultants (all levels of seniority)





- Supporting and developing your team through one-to-one meetings, joining client calls, and providing individual follow-up

- Ensuring the quality of service delivered by each team member

- Growing your team’s revenue through upsell and cross-sell opportunities

The adecuado candidate

- 3+ years of experience in Paid Media (Search/Social/Programmatic)

- 2+ years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency environment xcskxlj

- 1+ years experience managing other team members

- Extensive experience in B2B and SaaS marketing

- Experience attributing performance through Hub

- SpotSpeaks English fluently (UK Market)

- Proactive problem-solver, strong communicator, adaptable and team player.

Recruitment process

- 20 min prequalification interview with the HR team

- Interview with the hiring manager and case study (1 hour)
