Experteer Overview
In this role you strengthen Swiss Re’s cyber defence by owning vulnerability management across a general landscape. You work with Incident Response, Threat Intelligence and Engineering to identify, prioritise and remediate exposures, from zero-days to process improvements. You’ll maintain end-to-end vulnerability processes with clear SLIs/SLOs, and translate findings into actionable insights for stakeholders. • Monitor attack surface to identify vulnerabilities and improve security posture
• Collaborate with blue team to respond to zero-day vulnerabilities and severe threats
• Maintain end-to-end vulnerability management process with SLIs u0026 SLOs
• Partner with Vulnerability Management Engineering on scanning tools and tech
• Analyze vulnerability exploits in the landscape and translate into actionable insights
• Prioritize remediation based on contextual risk ratings for critical risks first




• Support development and improvement of vulnerability management processes with Team Lead
• Guide IT asset owners through remediation activities and risk assessments
• Deliver regular reporting on security posture to stakeholders

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of professional experience in vulnerability management, SOC, or Incident Response
• Strong knowledge of corporate IT environments and core security principles
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
• University degree in Business IT, Computer Science, or comparable field or equivalent experience
• Understanding of application security practices (SAST, DAST, SCA, container security, CI/CD)
